In my country I have looked for them everywhere but I have not found them, so I decided to prepare them myself, it is not difficult, I must say that it is less complicated than I thought. I also easily found the ingredients.

A pack of Fillo pasta
150 g of pork
a carrot
two fresh spring onions
a stalk of celery
peanut oil
100 g of bean sprouts
90 g of savoy cabbage
two tablespoons of soy sauce
possibly salt pepper.

Wash and cut all the vegetables into strips.
Cut the pork into very small cubes and do it on the tare in a few minutes in a wok, with a spoonful of peanut oil, add the vegetables and continue cooking until they are cooked but crispy.
Finally add the cabbage and bean sprouts as soon as it is cooked, season with the soy sauce, salt the pepper and turn off. Allow to cool a little before filling the Fillo pasta cut into rectangles. Seal the pasta with a cream made up of: with a spoonful of water and a spoonful of flour.
Fry in plenty of boiling oil, pass on a paper towel, eat immediately!
