Insalata di pollo, pomodoro e avocado, ultimamente i miei figli stanno apprezzando le insalate di pollo fredde ed ho cucinato diverse varianti in base agli ingredienti che possedevo in quel momento in frigorifero.
Il pollo almeno una volta alla settimana è presente in casa nostra, lo trovo molto versatile, ha un sapore non troppo forte che si abbina con tutto, verdure, altre carni, tuberi. Riesco a trovare sempre nuove ricette per cucinarlo.
L’avocado a mio marito non piace ma così nell’insalata si smorza un po’ il sapore e va meglio, lo mangia senza fare storie, lui non è una persona che amma i gusti diversi da quelli che conosce già.

Chicken, tomato and avocado salad, lately my children are appreciating cold chicken salads and I have cooked several variations based on the ingredients I had at the time in the refrigerator.
The chicken is present in our house at least once a week, I find it very versatile, it has a not too strong flavor that goes well with everything, vegetables, other meats, tubers. I can always find new recipes to cook it.
My husband does not like avocado, but in the salad the flavor fades a little and it gets better, he eats it without making a fuss, he is not a person who loves different tastes from those he already knows.
Ingredients Chicken, tomato and avocado salad:
4/5 boiled eggs
mayonnaise
1 avocado
Yogurt Based Sauce
500 g of chicken breast
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
200 g cherry tomatoes
100 g of non-sweet white yogurt.
Chicken, tomato and avocado salad:
Take the chicken and marinate it for half an hour in the refrigerator with: yogurt, oil, salt and pepper. Covered with cling film, after which cook it in a pan with Evo oil. When it has slightly cooled, cut it into slices and put it in a bowl together with the avocado, 200 g of cherry tomatoes cut into quarters and deprived of water if they have any, salad leaves washed and dried (personally I prefer iceberg as quality).
Adding 4/5 hard-boiled eggs is a sauce made of 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 4 tablespoons of yogurt sauce.
